ADB-BUTINACA joined Table II-B on 27 August 2024, the day after the amendment was published. The same law added four nitazene opioids to Table I-A. ADB-BUTINACA sits alongside THC in the schedule, so supplying it carries the same five-to-fifteen-year trafficking range.[1]
