Tightening 🇱🇧 Lebanon

Lebanon explicitly bans HHC and THCP

A decree published on 22 May 2025 added hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) and tetrahydrocannabiphorol (THCP) to Table 1 of Lebanon's 1998 drug law, the list of highly dangerous substances with no medical use. The decree places both cannabinoids in the national schedule that mirrors the 1971 Convention's most restrictive table. Possession, sale and import of either substance are treated as Table 1 offences.[1]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Lebanon here.
