Tightening 🇯🇪 Jersey

Jersey bans unauthorised possession of cannabinol

Cannabinol and its tetrahydro derivatives were added to the schedule of the island's 1964 misuse-prevention law, which made holding a listed substance without authority an offence.[1][2] Plant cannabis and its resin were already banned under the 1966 order; this step covered cannabinol and its derivatives instead.[1]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Jersey here.
