Guam protects off-duty cannabis use from most employers

Public Law 37-119 added the Responsible Cannabis User Employment Protection Act, barring most employers from discriminating over off-duty cannabis use or nonpsychoactive metabolites. It exempts safety-sensitive jobs, federal contractors and the Judiciary. The change did not alter the possession or cultivation limits.[1]
