A September 2025 market survey found no medical cannabis products or imports commercially available in Croatia and no company fully authorised to produce or distribute them, despite the 2019 amendments allowing domestic cultivation. Medical use has been legal since October 2015, but treatment is not reimbursed and costs patients over 200 euro a month, keeping prescription volumes negligible.[1]
