Emergency decree 694, confirmed by Law 7078 on 1 February 2018, added a paragraph to Article 23 of the narcotics law. For the offence of sowing hemp to obtain cannabis, the criminal procedure rules on intercepting and recording communications and on surveillance by technical means may be applied.[1]
