Law 2009-6 added buprenorphine, methylphenidate and oripavine to Table B of the 1992 narcotics law. Cannabis was already listed and its penalties were unchanged. The change later mattered because buprenorphine, sold as Subutex, became one of Tunisia's most injected drugs.[1][2]
Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Tunisia here.
