The European Commission issued a detailed opinion on Slovenia’s notified personal-use cannabis bill, extending the notification standstill to 2 February 2026. The proposal would permit limited home growing and possession for resident adults. The notification procedure did not itself give adults permission to grow cannabis.[1]
