Debate 🇳🇵 Nepal

A former law minister registers a bill to legalise cannabis farming in Nepal

Sher Bahadur Tamang's private bill would have licensed farmers to grow cannabis, let them export it, and allowed sale to patients on a doctor's prescription and to drug makers. The draft also let a household grow six plants without a licence. It was never put to a vote.[1][2]
