Kiribati adds the thorn apple to its dangerous drugs list

Kiribati added the thorn apple (Datura metel) to the same dangerous-drugs list as Indian hemp. The amendment, assented in January 2002 and commenced on 1 January 2003, kept the cannabis offences and penalties unchanged. It showed the 1948 framework still being extended rather than reformed.[1]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Kiribati here.
