The BBC reported that plans for a £100 million medicinal cannabis cultivation and export complex had been withdrawn after unresolved environmental, utility and infrastructure discussions. The project had been submitted in 2022. The report also said construction had not begun on the separate approved GrowLab Organics site; this date records the report, with withdrawal earlier in the year.[1]
