Hong Kong expands anti-cannabis publicity aimed at young people

The government announced more broadcasts, posters and school materials addressing cannabis and mandrax after reports of growing use among young people.[1] Answering a lawmaker’s question, the security secretary said the school talks programme would expand to older secondary pupils; about 600 talks had already reached some 200,000 students in its first cycle.[1]
