Tightening 🇬🇺 Guam

Guam rewrites its drug code and keeps a one-ounce marijuana line

Public Law 24-149 repealed and reenacted 9 GCA chapter 67. Possession of one ounce or less was a $100 violation and more than one ounce a petty misdemeanour; manufacture or delivery carried ten to twenty years and a $50,000 fine, and import or export three to ten years and $15,000. Those marijuana tiers were repealed in 2019.[1]
