Colombia authorises pharmacy sales of medical cannabis flower

Decree 1138 authorised pharmacies and drugstores to dispense dried cannabis flower as a finished medical product on prescription, subject to pharmaceutical quality controls, labelling and pharmacist counselling. Until then patients could only access oils, extracts and tinctures. Small and medium cultivators got two years of exclusive access to supply the domestic flower market.[1]
