Debate 🇨🇴 Colombia

A Colombian bill would put adult-use cannabis in the constitution

On 20 July members of the House filed Proyecto de Acto Legislativo 017/2026, a constitutional amendment to Article 49.[1] It would let adults use cannabis and put production, processing, distribution and sale under public licences, health controls and local taxes.[1] The Chamber lists it as still in committee.[1] The Supreme Court's July digest of congressional gazettes records it as Gazette 863 of 2026.[2] It is a proposal.[1]
