China's revised Criminal Law takes over the drug offences

The Criminal Law revised on 14 March 1997 absorbed the 1990 decision. Article 357 lists cannabis among the drugs, Article 351 orders unlicensed cannabis plants uprooted, and Article 347 punishes trafficking whatever the quantity, with the death penalty available for the most serious cases.[1][2]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for China here.
