Bulgaria's Constitutional Court upholds taking the cars of drugged drivers

A car driven after alcohol or drug use is confiscated if the driver owns it; otherwise its value is charged. The Supreme Court of Cassation and a district judge in Svilengrad had asked whether that squares with the constitution. The court held that it does, by seven judges to five.[1]
