Article 17 of the Public Order and Peace Law provides a BAM700–1,700 fine for consuming narcotic drugs or psychoactive substances in a public place. This is a Republika Srpska public-order offence, separate from the entity and district criminal rules on possession and supply. The retained consolidated text includes the 2019 amendments.[1]
