Bosnia’s medicines agency warns that retail CBD products are not approved treatments

Responding to questions about online CBD oils, resins, flower teas and vape liquids, the medicines agency explained the then-prohibited medical status of cannabis products. It distinguished permitted industrial hemp grown for fibre and specified seed purposes at no more than 0.2% THC in dry matter. The warning preceded the December 2025 medical rescheduling.[1]
