+Five new articles and nineteen new history entries across the five countries. Also revised the
+older Bulgarian sentencing article and corrected Malta’s existing January directive article
+to 21 January, matching its cover and issue line (the filename still says 16 January). Its
+follow-up review build passed all 196 tests and the rendered history page was inspected.
