A Vietnamese order restricts Indian hemp and phases out authorised stocks

The Library of Congress's March 1970 legal survey identifies Order 260-PTT/TTK, dated 31 March 1954, prohibiting Indian-hemp import, export, manufacture, trade and use. It describes stock declaration, a temporary run-down of authorised pharmaceutical and business stocks until 31 December 1954, surrender and confiscation. The original order was not inspected; this entry uses its reported issue date. The survey discusses the instrument under South Vietnam but does not establish its original territorial reach or a separate commencement date.[1]
