Easing 🇻🇪 Venezuela

Venezuela cuts the separate drug-possession term to one or two years

Venezuela reduced criminal possession outside the personal-use and other exempt routes from four-to-six to one-to-two years in prison.[1][2] The twenty-gram cannabis ceiling remained in that possession offence, while the consumer procedure assessed an individual dose using tolerance, dependence and other personal characteristics.[1] Growing carried six to ten years, or three to five for wage labourers, down from the older ten-to-twenty- year range.[1][2]
