Cabinet Resolution No. 472 approved the rules for using narcotics, psychotropic substances and precursors in scientific and educational institutions. The rules set need calculations, accounting books and quotas reported to the International Narcotics Control Board. A 2026 resolution replaces them from 12 January 2027.[1]
