Uzbekistan's report to the United Nations on 2015 counted 6,648 drug crimes, 1,301 of them illegal cultivation, and seizures of 1,025 kilograms of marijuana and 250 kilograms of hashish, both up on 2014. The yearly Operation Black Poppy accounted for 437 kilograms of the marijuana. A programme of measures for 2011 to 2015 was followed by one for 2016 to 2020.[1]
