A presidential decree reported on 8 November adds a section on crimes against public health and the nation's gene pool to the Criminal Code. It provides up to 20 years in prison for organising a trafficking group and for large-scale sales, including online, doubles penalties for dealing in schools, dormitories and children's camps, and introduces administrative arrest of up to 15 days for using drugs in public places. The existing code already set three to five years for illegal manufacture, storage, transport or sale.[1]
