Transnistria sends a personal grower’s harvest case to court

Investigators sent Ivan Zavyazkin’s case to court after police found 34 cannabis plants and 749.054 g of dried cannabis at his cottage in an October 2020 search. They alleged large-scale cultivation and possession of an especially large amount for his own use.[1] The announcement illustrates how a grower could face separate charges for the plants and the harvested cannabis; the report records the charges and pre-trial detention.[1]
