Debate 🇨🇭 Switzerland

Switzerland's government proposes decriminalising cannabis consumption

The Federal Council proposed a broad revision of the Narcotics Act, including decriminalisation of cannabis consumption and its preparatory acts, and new arrangements for cannabis cultivation, manufacture and trade. It was a legislative proposal, not an immediate change in what adults could legally possess or grow.[1]
