Spain invites bids to supply 100 kg of Indian hemp

The Gaceta published an order dated 12 April inviting suppliers to tender for 100 kg of Indian hemp for the state’s narcotics-control service, alongside opium and coca leaves. The cannabis had to meet the Spanish Pharmacopoeia, with samples analysed before the contract was finalised. The notice scheduled bids for 9 May; it does not confirm a completed delivery.[1]
