The appeal court set aside an order requiring ministers to write medical and scientific drug regulations in Alexander Geers’s separate cannabis case. The majority held that the Constitutional Court could not grant that remedy after finding no breach of his constitutional rights; Geers’s own appeal also failed. Two judges dissented on lifting the order, while agreeing that his appeal should be dismissed.[1]
