In Police v Stehlin [1993] WSCA 4 the Court of Appeal held section 28B of the Narcotics Act unconstitutional. The section was repealed, and the 2023 consolidation carries a note recording the ruling. The judgment text and the section's subject matter were not available in this review.[1]
