A published amendment raises risk-drug trafficking penalties, including supply of cannabis plant or resin, to three–ten years and disqualification of certain rights.[1] It also sets a separate five–fifteen-year range for unauthorised risk-drug imports and exports.[1] These changes concern supply and cross-border offences; personal-use possession remains governed by its separate provision.[1]
