Nunavut limits a person to 150 grams of dried cannabis

The Cannabis Regulations, in force on 1 June 2020, provide that a person shall not possess more than 150 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent. The limit does not apply to cannabis held for sale by the Commission, an Agent, a licensee or a registered supplier, including their authorised employees and a person delivering cannabis to them or a purchase for a remote sales store. The federal limit of 30 grams in public remains. On 12 October 2018 the territorial government described the same split as 30 grams on the person and 150 grams at home.[1][2]
