A United Nations survey recorded 216 cannabis prosecutions and 205 convictions in Northern Rhodesia in 1946, all recorded as Africans, under a 1926 ordinance carrying up to £200 or six months. The figures are colonial enforcement data, not a legal change.[1]
Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Zambia here.
