Macedonia’s public-order law sets a separate drug-use offence

The Public Order Misdemeanours Law published on 31 May 2007 took effect on 8 June. Article 20 separately penalised drug use, alongside the Criminal Code’s production and distribution offences. Its fine was later reduced to EUR100–250 in the amended text; those later figures are not presented as the original 2007 tariff.[1][2]
