The annual report of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for 2014 recorded 3,271 suspected drug traffickers arrested, 3,062 men and 209 women, and 205,373 kilograms of cannabis seized. In 2011 the agency had begun night patrols on the main roads of Osun State to intercept the trucks used to carry cannabis.[1]
