New Zealand eases medicinal cannabis export rules

From 5 July 2024, licensed growers could export starting material without first having it verified against the minimum quality standard. Cannabis-based ingredients and products made only for overseas markets could also be exported without that verification if they were made under good manufacturing practice and the importing country accepted them. The change was to export settings; products supplied in New Zealand still had to meet the standard.[1]
