The Radical Party and Stampa Alternativa brought campaigners together in Rome on 23–24 June to argue for changing Italy's drug laws. Giancarlo Arnao was among those taking part. Parrella sees the meeting as an early step in Italy's cannabis reform movement.[1][2]
