Hemp 🇬🇬 Guernsey

Guernsey restricts specified THC-containing CBD products to adults

Certain CBD preparations containing THC could no longer be supplied or offered for supply to under-18s across Guernsey, Alderney and Sark. The Chief Pharmacist said the new restriction followed the 2026 modification of the drugs ordinance and was intended to protect children and young people. Retailers were advised to check identification and apply age checks to online sales and deliveries.[1]
