Debate 🇪🇹 Ethiopia

Ethiopia adopts a national drug policy

The policy committed the government to a system for controlling illicit drugs and provided for treating and rehabilitating users. A 1995 study in Addis Ababa and 24 towns found khat, alcohol, tobacco and cannabis the most used substances, with police figures showing cannabis rising fast and some farmers growing it as a sideline.[1]
