In ruling 7-17-CN/19 the Constitutional Court upheld the constitutionality of the 2013 table of maximum amounts for personal use and ordered only that the criminal code be adjusted to the standards it set. Lawyers cited the ruling in November 2023 to argue that the president's decree repealing the table breached it.[1]
