BVI brings its modern drug-control law into force

The British Virgin Islands’ modern drug-control Act took effect on 30 September 1988.[1] Its later consolidated text is the basis for cannabis possession, supply and cultivation offences, with medical and other activities dependent on specified authorisations.[1] A 1995 rewrite of the possession section is recorded in that consolidation.[1]
