The government replaced the 2008 drug-amount schedule. The small-amount ceiling for dried marijuana rose from 0.5 g to 2.5 g, and for hashish from 0.2 g to 1 g. The same decision set the plant counts that still separate an administrative cultivation offence from a crime: up to 5 plants is small, 6–9 is significant, and 10 or more is criminal.[1][2]
