The government reported that its cannabis cultivation draft was being updated with farming representatives and several ministries. Agriculture Minister Guillem Casal promised to collect parliamentary groups’ amendments as well. The proposed industry remained part of an agricultural diversification plan rather than an operating licensing system.[1]
