A health-ministry order of 14 February 2024, published on 5 June, updated the national list of controlled plants and substances. Cannabis, cannabis resin and cannabis extracts and tinctures stayed in Table I, the list of narcotics that includes cocaine and the fentanyl-type opioids; it set no THC threshold and created no hemp or CBD exception.
