# Uzbekistan and Honduras current-code corrections

23 October 2026. Issues 18 and 19.

## Uzbekistan

The Russian text of the Criminal Code on Lex.uz was read. The page marks it
as an unofficial translation and says articles 273 and 276 were revised by
Law ZRU-1151 of 11 June 2026. Article 276 is possession and related acts
without intent to sell. The basic offence can bring a fine of up to 50 basic
calculation units, community service, corrective work, restriction of liberty
for one to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years. A large
quantity or a repeat offence can bring three to five years. Article 273 is
the intent-to-sell offence. Above a small quantity it is five to seven years.
A large quantity can bring fifteen to twenty years. The profile had attached
those sale sentences to holding 1 to 10 g. The quantity table was not read,
so the profile no longer states gram bands.

Possession stays at 1 and enforcement at 1. The basic personal-possession
offence includes a fine, and there is no frequency count for article 276 in
the sources read. The single scored step remains the 1934 ban. No new history
event was added.

## Honduras

The 10 May 2019 gazette text of Decree 130-2017 was read. Article 632(6)
repeals articles 16 to 30 and 41 of Decree 126-89. Article 311 punishes
sowing, cultivation, trafficking and possession for those purposes, or for
promoting, favouring or facilitating illegal consumption. Article 321 says
derivatives of cannabis do not cause grave harm, so the basic article 311
sentence is four to seven years, or one to three years when lesser gravity
is found, plus a fine. Decree 46-2020, read from its gazette text, replaces
article 635 and sets commencement on 25 June 2020.

The profile no longer describes the repealed article 26 rehabilitation
measure, the article 27 expulsion rule, or the old six-to-fifteen-year
dealing range as current law. The repeal is not written as making personal
possession lawful. Scores stay where they were. The new history entry
`honduras-penal-code-2020` records the commencement and carries no score
step. Article 312 was restated by Decree 93-2021; its amended ranges were
not copied into the profile. Later 2024–2026 amending decrees were not read
article by article. Decree 93-2021's repeal list does not include article 311.
