Samoa validation: `profile-audit ws` zero errors/warnings; `country-gaps ws` has no missing sections or tables and no uncited or Wikipedia-only text; `npm test` passes 183/183; the 5,264-page build passed and the page shows two tables. The profile now follows the Class B scale: up to 14 years for possession, use, supply, cultivation or seed possession, with no quantity threshold. The 2017 recommendation is described as regulating medicinal use, not a dispensary scheme.

Fiji validation: `profile-audit fj` zero errors/warnings; `country-gaps fj` has no missing sections or tables and no uncited text; the 5,290-page build passed and the page shows three tables. The profile now adds the 2025 Operation Sasamaki figures, the Kadavu cultivation context, the Indian-hemp culture link and the 1926, 1945, 1955 and 1963 colonial statutes. The 2026 Counter Narcotics Act remains signed but not in force, and the 2022 hemp exemption’s survival under it is flagged as uncertain.

+## Batch validation
+
+All five profiles pass `profile-audit` with zero errors and warnings. None has a missing standard or researched section or penalty table, and none has uncited or Wikipedia-only text. `npm test` passes 183 of 183. The final build produced 5,301 pages, and `npm run seo:audit` checked 5,303 HTML files, 5,086 indexable pages and 234,177 internal links with no problems.
+
+Remaining gaps: Guam still has empty 1930s–1960s and 1980s history, its over-limit possession and unlicensed-sale penalties are legally unclear after the 2019 declassification, and its hemp rules remain draft. Tonga has empty 1940s–1960s history and no drug-specific driving offence. Samoa has empty 1970s and 1980s history and no official cannabis arrest series. French Polynesia has empty 1930s–1960s history, no authorised cannabis medicine despite the 2024 framework, and an unread 2026 customs code. Fiji has an empty 1980s decade, the 2026 Counter Narcotics Act is signed but not in force, and the 2022 hemp exemption’s survival under that Act is uncertain. No new articles were written for these five countries.
