Available only within the Ayurvedic system, through licensed practitioners and the state Ayurvedic drugs corporation; traditional Ayurvedic preparations contain cannabis.
All recreational use is prohibited: the Ordinance bans possessing, consuming or using any part or preparation of the hemp plant, though small-quantity cases usually end in a magistrate's fine. Licensed Ayurvedic practitioners may dispense cannabis preparations within the medical system.[@law,leap]
