Randall’s civil settlement secures continued federal cannabis

After difficulties continuing his physician-supervised supply, Robert Randall sues federal agencies. A settlement restores cannabis access under a new IND arrangement and helps establish the Compassionate IND process for other patients. This is separate from the 1976 medical-necessity acquittal and supplies no general recreational or medical access right.[1]
