Mainland Tanzania brought seeds into the cannabis definition and removed the drug-production-purpose condition from the offence of possessing or supplying prohibited-plant seeds. The amendment operates within section 11’s existing minimum thirty-year sentence.[1][2] The Attorney General’s registry records commencement on 2 October.[3]
