Swiss court confirms that high-THC hemp seed is a banned narcotic

The Federal Supreme Court upheld the confiscation and destruction of seed a farmer had saved from his own hemp, which had tested at 1.8% THC. Because the seed could again grow plants above the 1% limit, it fell under the list of prohibited narcotics, although the farmer himself had been acquitted.[1]
